We’re committed to delivering high-quality, well-organized events for our members. To ensure fairness and smooth operations, please take note of the following cancellation and refund terms.

1. Event Cancellation Notice

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event to be eligible for a refund or credit.
• Cancellations made within this timeframe may be eligible for a refund or credit towards a future event.
• Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.

2. Late Arrivals

Punctuality is essential for the integrity and flow of our events.

• If you arrive late to an event, no refund or credit will be provided.
• This includes time-sensitive experiences such as yacht events, where the vessel is scheduled to depart at a specific time.
• If you are not present at the time of departure, the yacht will leave without you. No exceptions or refunds will be made, as all other members onboard have also paid for this shared experience.
• It is the responsibility of each attendee to arrive on time.

3. No Shows

Failure to attend an event without prior notice will be considered a “no show” and is non-refundable.

4. Event Changes or Cancellations by The Female Network Dubai

In the rare instance that an event is cancelled or rescheduled by us, you will be offered the option of a full refund or credit toward a future event.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting these policies, which help us create enjoyable, seamless experiences for all our members.

Members of The Female Network Dubai are required to give 30 days notice to cancel subscription.

To request cancellation please email us info@thefemalenetworkdubai.com Subject Title Membership Cancellation with your full name and email address registered to your account.

Your final payment will be processed in the billing cycle that falls within the 30 days notice period,access to member benefits will remain active until full cancellation after the 30 days.

Failure to provide the full 30 days notice will result in additional months charge as per our policy.
