1. Event Cancellation Notice

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event to be eligible for a refund or credit.
• Cancellations made within this timeframe may be eligible for a refund or credit towards a future event.
• Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.

2. Late Arrivals

Punctuality is essential for the integrity and flow of our events.

• If you arrive late to an event, no refund or credit will be provided.
• This includes time-sensitive experiences such as yacht events, where the vessel is scheduled to depart at a specific time.
• If you are not present at the time of departure, the yacht will leave without you. No exceptions or refunds will be made, as all other members onboard have also paid for this shared experience.
• It is the responsibility of each attendee to arrive on time.

3. No Shows

Failure to attend an event without prior notice will be considered a “no show” and is non-refundable.

4. Event Changes or Cancellations by The Female Network Dubai

In the rare instance that an event is cancelled or rescheduled by us, you will be offered the option of a full refund or credit toward a future event.
